Response Times

Komodo Luxury aims to reply to WhatsApp messages the same day and email within one to two business days, though response times can vary with volume and time zone differences — their team operates from Indonesia (WIB/WITA hours), and messages sent overnight in your own time zone are usually still answered promptly once their team is online. If your travel dates are close, say so in your first message; urgent requests are prioritized whenever possible, but a confirmed reply time is not something Komodo Luxury can guarantee in writing.

Planning Ahead vs. Last-Minute Trips

If you are planning several months out, especially for July, August or the December holiday weeks, reach out as early as you can — private charters and premium boats hold limited dates, and early contact simply gives you first pick rather than whatever is left. If your trip is already close, message Komodo Luxury anyway: shared open-trip seats and shorter day tours can often still be arranged with only a few days’ notice, and they will tell you plainly if a specific boat class is no longer realistic for your dates rather than promising something we cannot deliver.
